Type 1. Scholarships for Master Candidates
(1) Type A
Coverage: CNY 25,000
Beneficiaries:
Masters students in the following categories are eligible for the Jiangsu University Presidential Scholarship 2023 in China:
- Excellent JSU students are always pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
- Candidates approved by the Cooperative Universities of the “Belt and Road” Initiative.
- Graduate students from the world’s top 1,000 universities (as determined by four internationally acknowledged university rating systems: US News & World Report, QS, THE, and ARWU).
- Graduate candidates from China’s “First-Class Universities”; and graduates from the “First-Class Disciplines” program or the top 1% of the ESI.
(2) Type B
Coverage: CNY 20,000.
Beneficiaries: Other admitted master’s candidates.
Type 2. Scholarships for Doctoral Candidates
(1) Type A
Coverage: Tuition, Accommodation Fee (CNY 5,000), and Living Allowance are all covered (CNY 5,000)

The doctoral scholarship is open to the following categories in Jiangsu University Presidential Scholarship 2023 in China:
- Excellent JSU students are constantly pursuing masters and doctorate degrees;
- Candidates approved by the Cooperative Universities of the “Belt and Road” Initiative;
- Graduate students from the world’s top 1000 universities (as determined by four internationally acknowledged university rating systems: US News & World Report, QS, THE, and ARWU);

Coverage: CNY 10,000 (First Year ONLY)

- New students enrolled in these new programs include Electronic Commerce, Corporate Finance, Material Science, and Engineering.

Undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in Engineering, Insurance, Financial Management, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Automation, Commerce, Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Science, and other related fields are eligible.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following criteria
- International students are required.
- Must have a university offer to study in an approved program.
Age Requirement
Bachelors must be under 25 years old, Master’s students must be under 30 years old, and Ph.D. students must be under 40 years old.
