  • Be a citizen of one of the ADB countries listed above.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with an excellent academic record is required.
  • At the time of application, you must have at least two (2) years of full-time professional working experience (obtained after completing a university degree). At the time of application, you must be under 35 years old.
  • The age restriction for programmes intended for senior officials and managers is 45 years old in rare instances.
  • Agree to return to your native nation after the programme is completed.
