Eligibility Criteria
- Plan to concentrate on abroad in Japan from abroad.
- Not have a Japanese identity and be a public of a country that has strategic relations with Japan.
- Be brought into the world on or after April 2, 1988
- have accomplished a GPA of no less than 2.30 on a 3.00 scale at their latest college.
- A B2 or higher on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale corresponds to an English Proficiency test score (for example TOEFL iBT 72 or above, IELTS 5.5 or above).
